Privacy notice
How Semantic Twin handles the personal information you send through SemanticTwin.ai.
Last updated 30 September 2026
Who we are
SemanticTwin.ai is run by Semantic Twin, based in Sydney, Australia. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
When you book a demo, we collect the details you enter in the form:
- your name, work email and organisation
- if you choose to give them, your role, your area of interest and a message
This site doesn’t use analytics or advertising cookies, and we don’t set cookies of our own.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your request and to arrange and run your demo. We don’t sell your personal information.
Services this site uses
- Netlify hosts this site and stores form submissions. Like any web host, it processes technical details such as your IP address to deliver pages and block abuse.
- Google Fonts supplies the fonts, so your browser requests them from Google.
- YouTube plays our videos. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play; after that, YouTube’s own privacy policy applies.
Where it’s stored
Netlify is based in the United States, so form submissions may be stored or processed outside Australia. Submissions are also sent to our team by email.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run this site and reply to you. We don’t share your personal information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep demo requests only as long as we need them to reply and follow up, then delete them.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email hello@semantictwin.ai and we’ll respond within 30 days.
Complaints
If you’re concerned about how we’ve handled your information, email us first. If you’re not satisfied with our reply, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

We’ll update this notice when our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
